Land for sale: The Wind Walker property is 170 acres, of that we have 81 acres that we're selling at the rate of $7900 per acre, and a $2000 one time membership fee to the ecovillage. There is a 5 acre minimum to each land purchase.

Water rights for sale: We have 50 water shares being sold at $9000 per share.

Ecovillage membership: There are 44 ecobuilding lots available by lease in our ecovillage. The first 22 people to buy a membership can join the ecovillage for a $2000 one time membership fee and $100 per month lease of the lot.
