Crystal Dome School Educational concept. A training ground to facilitate the future leaders of the world. Buckminster Fuller once said, “In order to change an existing paradigm you do not struggle to try and change the problematic model. You create a new model and make the old one obsolete.” Kids need their own space to learn and grow therefore we have created the concept of the Crystal dome learning center. The dome structure has been designed to have varied activities going on in the different class rooms and a central area for gathered activities. It is also a great meeting space for other groups when not in use by the kids. It also incorporates special geometries to bring forth creational energies to assist. While the learning center has experiences for all, the Crystal dome school is dedicated to the children. It is designed as a holistic approach to education. It is directed to the new children educational requirements. These children are worthy of awe, not labels of dysfunction. If anyone is dysfunctional, it's the systems that aren't accommodating the continuing evolution of the human species. If we shame the children with labels, or medicate them into submission, we will have undermined a heaven-sent gift. We crush a civilization before it has had time to take roots. Fortunately, there are many positive solutions and alternatives. Our vision of the crystal dome school is paced for a high academic level of achievement. It encompasses work with higher levels of consciousness, awareness of the interconnectedness of all things and a desire for an empowered and creative life. (This will soon become the characteristics of all humans on Planet Earth). We have gone to great lengths to incorporate experiential and experimental activities in our curriculum. This allows all to remember who they are and to embrace their gifts. It is a place where it is ok to know what you know and to be who you are. Our desire is to have a model to assist other administrators, teachers etc. who aspire to the same advancement of education. Our offering will be based on a tiered level learning where by kids can come for a long or short period of time to gain knowledge. Programming is designed for gifted and talented children of all ages, with exercises designed to stimulate imagination, team-working and problem-solving as well as connecting them to their intuitive nature. We offer a positive approach to developing cultural proficiency skills. Activities are created to release historical trauma and provides a vehicle to deepen connection with the individual, the natural world, both internal and external support systems and all our relations. The child's natural curiosity in learning is the foundation of educating. Themes of learning replace memorizing facts and figures. Lessons will extend outside, with nature as the teacher. Each child entering the program will be evaluated as to their levels of knowing on an interest, academic, body and spirit nature to find out the gifts and areas we can best assist. A work study program from these baseline assessments will be incorporated. Our intent is not to dwell on the basics that tend to ersup the ability to create but to incorporate them. We choose to empower. Practical application makes the information relevant. It’s much more fun to study science as connected to stage lighting and making subjects look a certain way or how orbs are picked up in digital cameras and how to create and experiment with the concept. Or how animals see at night and training our eyes to do the same. Or, using eco-friendly building modalities to study history and sustainability and creating an earthen cob structure that merges with nature. Or calling forth the energies to assist with manifestation of a desire. Or rather than worrying about what is going on remote view and find out or use it to explore other path options for the chooses we make. Or teaching brain gym for expanded learning skills. Or tuning into your body to see what it needs and what it doesn’t need. Or soul linking and problem resolution Etc. Life is not to be a matter of survival it is to be experienced and enjoyed. It is important to honor our sprits with play. What if imagination classes can assist us with creating our reality, are deep fun and also lead us to deep thoughts about the responsibility of creation and how we fit in and can benefit the whole. Happiness is in our hands and thoughts. Let’s allow the young people to feel the results of their creative forces and how they make a difference. Together, it is possible to create a new way of living that supports Earth and our Children. A lifestyle that brings joy to the spirit and is in harmony with nature. I see the Crystal dome school as becoming a leader in this vision for establishing a model for living heaven on earth. By showing up as facilitators, teachers, story tellers, confidants and cheerleaders for those stepping into and those finding their way to alignment with this model. In many ways this could be considered as a re-birth of the mystery school’s bringing forth ancient wisdom and connecting it with the new earth paradigm of love trust and truth we give direction of stepping into the true essence of power that is our inherent ability. What would happen if we can keep the children open to their gifts? Teach them to use there imaginations to create in a good way, show them how to connect with the energy of all things , to know that compassion is the manifestation of love and it murks the darkness and never gives up, to not forget the original divinity of love and that we are all sparks of that source. To sustain the human species on this earth plane we must come into balance with our environment, mother earth, others and ourselves. We must function as part of a whole and not an island. We must function with all that we are. This may not be a matter of doing as much as being. This is nothing new to us. Where the perplexity comes in is how to achieve this. We believe this program is a start. We are currently seeking funds for the construction of the crystal dome; and bunk housing for children that are not in the area or do not come for the shorter programs with their parents. We are also exploring alternative locations until it is built; and grants for the model distribution and teacher continuing education certification.
